Outside Waistband Duty & Competition Holster designed to fit the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO or P365-XMACRO Comp handgun with the Streamlight TLR-7 X or TLR-7 A weapon mounted light. This holster is designed to function with the 1913-3 key.
Compatible with manual safety models.
Red dot sights that are wider than the slide may not fit correctly
The holster retention is on the light itself and not the pistol, which means the holster will not work without the light mounted on the firearm.
Our holsters for the Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO are vacuum formed with a precision machined mold designed from a CAD model of the actual firearm and light.
Each holster is formed, trimmed, and folded in-house. Final fit and function tests are done with the actual pistol and TLR-7A or TLR-7X to ensure the holster fits the gun/light combination and has the correct amount of retention.
The holster’s retention is easily adjusted so that the fit can be set to your personal preference.
The data sheet for the Streamlight TLR-7 X can be found here.

The black product listing is shown here with the Blade-Tech Duty Drop and Offset with the optional Thigh Strap. This is our preferred belt attachment for this holster as it provides a sturdy and economical way to drop the holster with a slight cant away from the hip and establish a point of contact with the thigh.
